You can see here how the book closes. The ties on the top and bottom are typical for the Nag Hammadi codices. They have a flap on the left (like this book does, too) but usually close with a leather band that is tugged under itself. Since I used paper rather than leather for the cover, I attached a piece of a skewer to help it stay shut
