These mini books are all individually hand made and hand drawn. When you open the covers, the inside pages span and open in a wheel, showing what looks like random lines, providing a geometric abstract, minimalist art.
But the book block from transparent paper can be slipped out from the cover, and when held against a light source, a heart shaped by all these lines becomes visible.
The books are numbered and initialed.
Available directly through me and on Folksy for £22.50.

Secret Love is a limited edition artist book by H. Kurzke. When opened, it looks like an abstract geometric piece. But when the book block is removed from the sleeve and held against a light source, a heart shape becomes visible.

In this photo several of the books are visible, I made them in different colours.
