Mainly I am working on more custom orders at the moment – there will be a couple of photos to share in the next days. But more interesting, in the evenings and during drying times, I continue with the lace project. The first prop is done, I started to make some transfers, text tests (see below at the left), and will start tonight with creating 12 background sheets for the book, on which the pages will get mounted. I am still insecure, though, whether I will bind the originals, or whether I will rather scan and print them. Will depend on how well the pages with the paint and transfers and whatnot will fold, I guess.

Wow…your craftmanship (craftwomanship? craftship?) is really impressive!
well, thanks, I feel flattered. But this is really not more difficult than making a small and simple booklet 🙂
Wow..
Great Project…
Is that your new lens at work?? Love the dreamy feel. Wanna see how it might work when high summer comes and the sun comes beating down on us, and then the lens produces hot, dreamy, sultry looking shots… just imagining…. 🙂
Yes, that is the new lens. I am happy that you spotted – and liked – it! I’ll see what I can do when summer comes 🙂
Sri Mayanto, Missus D, I tried to comment on your blog. Blogger seems to be fighting me for a reason, unknown to me, and won’t let me leave a comment. No idea why. In any case, thank you for stopping by, and I had a look at your blogs: stunning work there, and always so interesting to see how others work!
