This is the first prop in color, crudely cut like the last one just to check whether it works. Could be a little larger. The book still fits into a matchbox. The dynamics of the pop up are pleasing and surprising for the size. I am generally satisfied with this trial. So next step is adding the text to the rest of the book.
I hope(d) to finish an edition of these by the end of the week. But things are progressing v.e.r.y…s.l.o.w.l.y.. here.

Not all these trials were this small, this is the second prop that fits in a matchbox. After the first pop-up trial I thought that to increase awesomeness of the piece I either needed to add complexity or reduce the size. Being me, I went for the latter.
I got happy looking at it before I even realized the scale! I love it!

Habe deinen Blog erst heute entdeckt und muss sagen, dass ich von deinen Arbeiten total begeistert bin. Die Prop-Technik kann ich mir auch gut für Weihnachtskarten vorstellen, mal sehen, was bei mir daraus wird. Finde deine Ideen auf jeden Fall sehr inspirierend und werde wicher öfter vorbei schauen. 😉
