This is the sibbling of the study book that I started to make in yesterday’s blog post. The idea behind these study books was to create a book for artists who want to take more than a sketchbook outside for their studies. They have a mixture of different papers to allow you to change your media and use whatever is at hand, and still produce the quality work you want to. The different papers are arranged in different sections of the book which are easily accessible via the tassels that serve as bookmarks and are attached to the upper corner of the pages.
I started to use these a while ago for myself – this here is now filled – and found them very convenient. I hope you will like them, too!
Dies hier ist sozusagen das Geschwisterbuch von demjenigen, dessen making of ich gerade in einer Reihe von Blogposts vorstelle. Die Idee für diese Studienbücher kam mir aus eigener Erfahrung. Sie sind für Künstler gedacht, die mehr als ein einfaches Skizzenbuch mit nach draußen, nach außerhalb ihres Ateliers nehmen wollen. Es enthält in mehreren leicht durch die fest angebrachten Lesezeichen zugänglichen Sektionen verschiedene Sorten von Papieren. Ich selbst habe mein erstes solches Studienbuch gerade komplett gefüllt, und war so zufrieden, dass ich entschieden habe, sie jetzt in meinen Shop aufzunehmen.
